The Profiles section is used to give the group of users the similar rights to use the Adlots system.
To add a new profile, click Create profile. In the opened form, specify the name of the profile, whether active or not (users who belong to the inactive profile will not be able to log in) and using checkboxes select the sections that will be available to all users of this profile.
To edit a profile, click Edit or Profile Name. The form of editing is similar to the form of adding. All fields are available for editing.
The System Users section is used to provide access to the system for new users. It is not recommended to use one account for multiple users at the same time, so for each employee, you need to create his personal account.
To add a new user, click «Create new user». In the form of adding fill out the user name, email, assign it a profile and specify whether the account is active or not (users whose accounts are inactive cannot log in). After the system user is added to the specified email, a link will come to the specified email where the user can set a password for his account.
To edit the system user, click edit or «User name». The form of editing is similar to the form of adding. All fields are available for editing.
To delete a user, click Delete.
In the User activity section you can see the operations performed by a particular user of the system.
